It s a very good option for protein that is not milk based. It must be mixed with juice otherwise you can t drink it because it tastes really bad! I love it , makes me feel very full after i drink it , i usually put 3 scoopes in a 250 ml natural ( fruit punch) juice and it s pretty good !

It is unflavored so it goes in any smoothie I mix it in. I cannot taste it when mixed in smoothies. I haven't yet tried it in baking or cooking but I am planning to experiment
