Surprisingly better taste then the smell.
If you dissolve well the powder its actually taste good. Bit savory, sweet. To be honest really like it since its different from other protein powders.

Decent broth

This product is decent in serving its purpose in reaching my protein goals. I do not like how it reacts to water though. It clumps up and when I use the frother to blend it, the powder sticks to the frother. The powder creates a sticky consistency when water touches it and I feel I lose some of it because it’s stuck to the cup. No matter what temperature of water I use. I’ll finish up the container I purchased but I don’t see myself buying this again.

Mix it like adding corn starch to gravy or mixing hot chocolate powder

If you use a blender, it's going to get all foamy and so hard to drink. Instead, put the powder in a cup and add only one or two spoonfuls of liquid. Mix it into a paste. Get rid of all the lumps. Then add some more liquid to dilute the paste. Mix it into a liquid. Finally, add the rest of your liquid and stir a bit more. No foam, and faster and easier than using and cleaning the blender.

I really enjoy this as a protein increase into my semi-daily routine. 20 extra grams of protein is good for the body. My only criticism is the cost to quantity. I would use it everyday if it were sold as 30 serving for 30ish dollars rather than 20 servings for 40 when not on sale. Good product for what it is. Stir, stir and stir some more.
