Not properly sealed
For the second time in weeks, I opened creatine and it was not properly sealed...
I wrote to you and you responded : ''If the outer seal is intact, you have nothing to worry about. When our containers are opened, the second seal sometimes will come up because of the way the seal is placed in the lid before sealing. In other words, the seal breaking once you unscrew the lid is perfectly normal. There would only be cause for concern if there is protein powder in the box itself.''
But we can read ''Sealed for your protection'' on the second seal, so it's confusing that this seal can be ''open'' and that it is still ok to consume the product...
I am very confused with this situation, I feel something is off here
