I’m following up regarding order #*****, which I still have not received.
This issue has been going on for weeks now, and I’m extremely frustrated with how it has been handled. I had been looking forward to trying your brand for my supplements, but this has turned into a very disappointing experience.
I’ve never even heard of the shipping provider used, and so far there has been no real customer resolution or meaningful solution offered. At this point, the timelines are unacceptable, and the lack of action to resolve this matter is just as frustrating.
It’s a shame because I was genuinely excited to switch brands, but this experience has been nothing short of poor. I need this addressed properly and promptly.
